Since my two boxes were linked to a router which was, in turn, linked to the internet, when my second box was trying to access the web server of the first one, actually it looked liked it was accessing "itself" (because of the router).
I had to create a correspondance in the hosts file (192.168.0.2 my.second.machine) in order to make it working properly.
