I think the point is more that they're finding out what little (if any) grounds they've got; this whole thing has been a sham/scam - there could be heaps of darkness behind it...either which, though, as has been shown, shareholders have reaped the benefits of the "scare"...Microsoft could be deep behind the whole scene as has been speculated...
