I am having still problem with hdd speed.

I have following lines in dmesg.

ide0: Speed warnings UDMA 3/4/5 is not functional.

inserting floppy driver for 2.4.21-0.13mdk

It is shown as 100ATA in bios while booting. 
hdparm -X 69 /dev/hda also doesn't help.
What to do?
