I was also at the Open Source Weekend in Ottawa last October ( IIRC ), and found out that 160 different departments of the Federal Government are already using Linux, but many of them don't even know it! Also, if you have a look at the advx.org web-site, to see a list of some of the organizations running Apache in Quebec. While Apache can also run on WinBlow$, I think you'll find that most of them are running Linux. http://www.advx.org/secteurpublic.php Hope this helps?
