I replaced the fan on my CPU and found that it doesn't do it anymore. Try cleaning your cpu fan or replacing it. The alarm (kinda sounds like a british police siren... hiiiiiiii-loooooow-hiiiiiiii-lowwwwwww) usually means a CPU overheating.
