Ok, so there's definitely something wrong with the way ROX Archive is doing it. Thanks to you and Tony, I had it backwards, I was putting the dir to be archived 1st, that's why it wasn't working. Weird thing is though, if I do a small dir using ROX Archive, it's really fast, as you say it should be (I have a P3 866), but as soon as it's a dir of any size, say 100MB, it never seems to end.
