Can't understand why.
That file is supplied by libxffm0-4.0.1-2.3mdk so urpmi should auto pull it.
Try with urpmi libxffm0 xffm
Let me know if you have any more trouble with it.
The pkg should not need an explicit require for the lib, rpm is supposed to handle
that now, but I will look at it.
