You are wellcome, Carren. Glad to see you got it fixed. In fact, 
don't thank me as much as Derek, who helped me out with the same 
problem. I guess that's what this fine list is all about.

And for tips : I presume you have defined a source for updates. Now, 
when going to the "Mandrake Update", check everything (security, 
bugs, normal updates). That way you will get a list of available 
updates. Just clicking them will provide you with a short 
explanation without actually installing anything. To do that, 
you'll have to check the combo box. On the other hand, you can 
safely install everything, because the list only reflects 
applications you already have. Clever, eh ?
