In the terminal:
>lpq
Gives the list of print jobs. Then either 
>lprm ¨print job #¨
or 
>cancel ¨print job #¨
 cancel the job. I don´t remember the exact format. But it is essentially like 
those. Try also 
>man lprm
>man cancel
>man lpq
>man lpr
