No, I've never had that happen to me in Quake 2...get on the Icculus mailing list and ask/search on there, I believe I've seen that issue come up. http://icculus.org/quake2/#contact I'll take a look through my archive of that mailing list here in a bit and see if I can find where that came up/any possible sol'ns. The Linux client for MOHAA(oh, man I love that game) needs no install, but you do have to either install MOHAA with WineX or copy the install dir from a Windows box/partition AFAIK. Just run the Linux binary in the MOHAA dir and yer on yer way. http://icculus.org/betas/mohaa/mohaa-lnxclient-beta2.tar.bz2 The game plays a lot smoother running natively, though it's a beta, so there are some bugs. -- JoeHill RLU #282046 / www.orderinchaos.org 19:25:40 up 8 days, 49 min, 9 users, load average: 1.25, 0.61, 0.53 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "Superstition, idolatry, and hypocrisy have ample wages, but truth goes a-begging." -- Martin Luther
