Try this.
Mandrake 10.X carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/distributions/mandrakelinux/official/ 10.0/contrib/i586/apt-0.5.15cnc5-4mdk.i586.rpm
I think apt-get is part of this package. I found the package by doing a search at http://rpm.pbone.net/
What is the advantage apt-get has over urpm*? I used it only for a short amount of time on Debian and as far as I can tell, the urpm* suite of programs seem to be equivalent to apt-get. But as I said, I am not fluent when it comes to apt-get.

Just trying an experiment, that's all. I like to "play" and see how easy it is to break my test system. Just my idea of a "Good Time". Go Figure!
