John you need to get to the messages for instance on my system the 
following works:
sa-learn --ham /home/hoyt/.Mail/ham/cur
You might try konqueror and go down to the individual messages that 
should give you the path. I am running kontact w/kmail on a default 
install and your path does not look right to me.
