And whether fair use as a legal concept is recognized in the country you live 
in.  My understanding is that "fair use" as a legal concept only exists in 
the US.  For instance, it is my understanding that it is illegal to make a 
copy of a CD for any reason in the UK, even though many do.

Does anybody know more about this?
