I guess you've to write them in multisession style. But it seems that K3B has its difficulty with this kinda multisession feature although it claims it support this feature. Once I tried to burn a CD this way but I failed. SOme other guys on this list also suggest this, if I don't have a bad memory. You may try XCDRoaster as well.
