No, not yet. Part of the problem with kde apps is that the kde team decided recently to split things into more manageable chunks. It seems that one consequence is that sometimes you don't get everything you need, because it seems to assume that you will have it from another part of kde - maybe I'm wrong, but that's how it seems to me. Before you give up on this install, go into SoftwareInstaller and browse all files starting with k selecting any that look as though they have any interest for you. Some have obvious names like kdecore or kdebase or some such, but others are not obviously going to give you libs, yet they may well.
