In truth, I haven't spent much time on this since I left 9.1.  There 
everything was working well, but I never tried another region disk.  On this 
box, with 10.0, I may well have not set up plf packages as I did on the 
other.  I was commenting because I had understood that it should do, and 
wanted to know if others had found that to be so.  Maybe I'll find time to 
look at this again.  Thanks for the comments.  And sorry to Christophe for 
hijacking his thread.
