Hi Julie, 
You can just add a note in your signature or something about
making sure they reply to the list rather than you .. 
as others do for gmail. If webmail won't comply.

you can also type: $> urpmi --help
to give you the usage of the command & gives you all the switches,
that goes for the rest too. urpmf, urpmq, urpmi.addmedia .. or
almost all commands, beats going to the man pages everytime for a
certain switch ..
