[newbie] installing Zoltrix modem

I cannot install my Zoltrix FMVSP336 modem.
Under Windows this modem works on COM4. According to this, in KPPP I was
trying to use /dev/ttyS3 but I receive information that modem doesn't
respond. Furthermore I checked other ports ie. COM1, COM2, COM3 but still
no success.
