Easy way to do it would be to open a console window, type
"rpm -qa | grep ftp" (minus quotes) and see what comes up.
On my RH 6.0 system the following things come up:
anonftp-2.8-1
ftp-0.10-22
gftp-1.13-4
ncftp-3.0beta18-3
tftp-0.10-23
wu-ftpd-2.4.2vr17-3

I know a couple of these are ftp clients, but the only one
I *know* to be an ftp server is wu-ftpd.
