Hello, I was having the same trouble and came across these links. Problem solved.. but no, opensource.creative.com hasn't responded in the last 2 days. So I finally found it on creative's main site here: http://www.clok.creaf.com/creative/beta/emu10k1-0.3b.tar.gz I just found it, so I haven't installed it yet. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks, Craig Mark Fitzgerald wrote: > SBLive .. > > To get the Sound Blaster Live working, you need the linux drivers. > > There is instructions on how to do it at these sites. > http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/soundcards/sblive.html > http://www.euronet.nl/~mailme/ > > Get the most current driver here: > ftp://opensource.creative.com > > I have my sblive working nicly with Mandrake 6.1, as do many others. > > gl & hth > > Mark > -- > > On Thu, 13 Jan 2000, you wrote: > > I'm a newbie with linux operating system.
