Have you a backup of the hard drive?
 Have you a Windows installation CD?
 Have you got a Windows boot disk?
If the answer to all three questions is yes, then you might consider a
complete format and reinstallation,  I have not used Partition Magic but
have always had success using Ranish Partition Manager which is probably
very similar.
