If you installed over a previous installation format the whole shit, I had
the same prob. And if ya turned on MPS 1.4 then change it to the default 1.1
in yer bios.

By the linux rules regarding SMP, the CPU's are so cooool, I have to change
the Clock when I dual boot into windows, or the cpu's just get too warm,
though I could use CPUidle, but.... :)
