Sure it's possible, just use kde control center in your kde start-menu. As for the second problem: remove them as root. If you can't do it from within kde, then locate the themes in a console, and delete them from the command line. Can anyone confirm that last bit, please? I didn't try removing the themes, so I don't know if it won't break anything, although I doubt it. But best to make sure.
