[newbie] Clock Setting

[HAL 9000]

hello all... i re installed linux due to a dumb move on my part (part of
the learning process, eh?) and i accidentally set my clock to GMT, which
is 5 hours behind the time here.  how can i reset it to display my local
time?  thanks.
