[newbie] memory above 64 mb ram

Question,

  I just installed linux mandrake 7.0 -2.  I have a
amd athalon 500 with 128 mb of ram, but linux always
shows 64mb (when I run the free command for the shell,
or r in X).

 Anybody else have this problem?
