[newbie] KPPP dial

Hi all,

Not sure this is the correct place to post this, if not please say.

My setup :-

Pent PC

Redhat 6.1

All installed and working fine.

My problem :-

Cant connect to the net with it.

Have several providers i use all work fine under windoze.

I use Kppp to connect.

The error I get is the remote system is required to authenticate itself but I could not find a sutable secret to do so.

I am useing terminal based log in not PAP or CHAP why am I getting this and how do I stop it ?
