I'm using a Hauppauge WinTV card with KwinTV and it works great. I can watch TV or tune in to FM radio. Cost: 80$ new. Only thing that works under Windows but not Linux is the IR remote control. (Anybody know if V4L/KwinTV supports this IR remote somehow?)
