[newbie] The demise of the expert list

Denis....I'm located in Southern California and have noticed a
problem with the expert list again.  Here are the totals of
messages arriving at my location, listed by the day, for this
week:

Monday    56
Tuesday   24
Wednesday 26
Thursday  21
Friday     1
Saturday   4
Sunday     0 (so far, 7 hours are left in the day)
