this might be a stupid question but hey i am new to linux. when i am first
installing linux and it comes up to the part to set up your modem connection
and it asks to enter the following-
Connection Name= Phone Number=
Login Name= Login Password=
Authentication= Domain Name=
First Dns Server= Second Dns Server=
I would like to know if that is setting up kppp or ppp?
also if i dont get it set up right there would i go to /etc/resolv.conf to
enter the dns server?
