   I think it can be done. I do not have the knowledge to tell you how or
what your Hardware/Software you will needs will be. Basicly what you want to
set up  is a 150
unit LAN. You would have one server connectted directly to the fiber optics
and all the other computers connectted   to the server.
   Nearly all Corporations use the type of setup you want. I am sure if you
contacted some of them such as IBM, SUN, or even the dreaded Microsoft,among
many; at least one would be willing to tell you exactly what you would need
and how to do it.
