What you refer to as moving video is actually the multiple desktop feature
of Linux / X-windows.
Not sure what window manager you use, if it is KDE, you should be able to
set it up from the KDE Control Center. Look for the "Windows" section and
find the subsection "borders". In the 'borders' you can set up if moving
the mouse 'over a border' will directly take you to the adjacent
desktop window.
