[newbie] Sound Configuration

I have been trying to configure my Creative Soundblaster PCI512 with
soundconfig.  It autodetects a soundblaster live.  After I set it, I
have no sound.  If I try to reset it, it can't find the drivers for the
other Creative cards.

Any info on this configuration would be helpful!
