As far as quoting relevant text
only, I agree with you. Although
there are times when the whole
message is relevant.
As you will see I did quote only
the relevant text below related to
my response.
I will try to be more mindful of
this in my responses here after.
Like many others, I simply respond
and leave the message below the
response in case someone wants to
see where I was coming from in my
response.
