Hey Alexander, > Anyway, it could be a three liner, couldn't it? Like so: > > -- > To unsubscribe: echo unsubscribe newbie | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To be temporarily off: echo set newbie nomail | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] I don't think that would help many people. Newbies would have no idea where to type that and people who are writing to this list because they have problems with their internet connection from Linux are connecting from Windows where this wouldn't do much. Could it be: -- To unsubscribe from this list send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] having the word unsubscribe in the body. To temporarily stop receiving mail from this list use the words set newbie nomail instead. -- And I would add: To return use the words set newbie mail. Roman
