try login as not "root" - as some nonpriveleged user....

When kppp has succeeded a login (when I am online), I cannot use disk
navigator
or open for example Netscape. Also, the ''Mandrake update" option is
not
working. But everything works ok if I am offline.
Same for the browser: I have to open Netscape before going online.
Is it normal?
