Actually, I think you can install individual parts as in Navigator and the common files to just have the browser.  See  the  rufus site  like as in rpmfind. I think it is  http://rufus.w3.org/linux/RPM/   .   You will find several different versions there, in various languages. Be sure to get both  "Navigator " and  "Common".

I think you can either install all or nothing.
You can move to Kmail, Pronto, Mahogany or something like that for e-mail.
Plenty of choices...
