I haven't been able to post my email to the user group however I am in need
of help. If you would, could you post this message to the group for me. I
have had a rough time trying to get help and being this is the first time
that I've signed up for a user group, I can't get through. Your name
appeared many time so i figured you were a frequent user of linux and
thought you'd might help me. Anyhow, My issue is below:

I have installed Mandrake 7.1 as a dual boot with win98 2nd edition on my
laptop but I am unable to use(linux) because of an error that reads:
Auto run done...
VFS: cannot open root device 07:07
Kernael Panic : VFS : unable to mount root fs on 07:07
Can someone help me with this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated in
advance.
