When I first installed L-M 7.1 it found and correctly configured all of my hardware along with my CD-Rom and my CD-RW. Since I have "upgraded" to kernel-2.2.16-9mdk L-M no longer recognizes my CD-RW. I understand that it must me setup to be seen as a SCSI device. What EXACTLY is different in the kernel between 2.2.15 and 2.2.16.
