is your USB
daemon up ?
test is with
'modprobe usb'
anyway, if
it doesn't run (as root ): '/etc/init.d/rc.d/usb start'
this will
start your usb, then you'll have to look for some driver for your
cam
If you has
an SmartMedia or something, like mine - Toshiba PDR-M5, then
it's very
simple, you just mount the smartmedia to /mnt/camera, and access it
like any
other regular directory ...
