I had the same menu problem in Beta 1, but Beta 2 was fine. Hmmm, maybe it's not us, maybe it's that Raklet Cheese the MandrakeSoft guys keep eating?? Nah, couldn't be. But I found that most things ran a tad faster in Beta2.
