There's a plan where you can pay a fee (I think it's $10/month) then all calls are ten cents per call. The cost of the local call depends on distance. Close calls are 5 cents/call. The longest distance is the 9 cents/minute I said previously. The plan above makes all calls ten cents regardless of distance. My problem was I never found any isp within the 5 cents/call range where I live. The best I could find was 5 cents/minute. But no matter what you do, there's no unlimited calls at a fixed rate. At least there wasn't, I haven't had a phone in a little over a year now. I'll dig on Ameritech's site and see if I can find the rates.
