Well, now that I know that Linux supports FireWire, is there a limit to the different kinds of devices that are supported via FireWire? I ask because we are considering getting FireWire cards for PC's, and it's been offered to put one in my Linux box here at work, and then purchasing some DVD-R/RW FireWire drives to test out. I tried looking at ZDNet's LHD, but couldn't really find anything interesting.
