What I am looking for is a way to automate this. I use a program called FinePrint in Windows that acts as a 'virtual' printer driver and handles the printing of the even/odd pages for me. All I have to do is print with the 'FinePrint' driver, wait for the printing to complete, reload the paper, and click 'Ok' to print the other side.
