I have 8.0 on a Dell Laptop. Suddenly, on shutdown the computer locks up on this:
Shutting down interface eth0: dhcpcd[784]: terminating on signal 1 It just sits there. I have to power off the computer and then it has to check the filesystem on bootup. Any idea what's wrong? It's a Etherlink pc card using the xircom driver. Works great. Barbara
