If you have the download edition, it is not. It is on Commercial CD with Standard Edition, and PowerPack and ProSuite and _even_ Gaming edition. (Last I looked, CompUSA had Gaming for 29.95 and it includes the ability to run several windows games and has the Sims) Civileme
