It certainly will.  Galeon is built against Moz, and always has been.  If you 
upgrade a system to Moz 0.9.8 you will need to install the galeon 1.0.3 
package as well in order to use Galeon.

Yep, Moz 0.9.8 is nice, but it's still not as fast as Galeon.
