Maybe I sent the wrong message. When the user "anonymous" logs in he is sent
to the proper directory but they are able to browse other users home
directories and are capable of downloading from them.

That somehow seems contradictory. If users are to
be sent to their home directory, then they need to
long in as themselves, no?

I would think that you'd want anonymous logins to
be sent to /pub or whatever it is nowadays. Maybe
I'm wrong.
