open up the  Kpanel>configuration>package Manager .  Once it loads up you can 
type Gnome in the find  box and search and it will list all of the Gnome 
files.  Select what you want and then click on the Install/remove button.  If 
there are any dependencies it will catch them and inform you, click next and 
it should install everything.  You typically don't need the devel files but 
on occasion another program will need them so this is a good way to do it, 
they get added as a dependency when needed.  HTH
