Hi,

I have a question about Postfix. I set up my Mandrake Linux 8.1 with postfix
as the SMTP server between my LAN and the Internet. It worked fine for
the last two months. Today, when I checked the syslog, I was shock
because I saw the error message like this:

Mar 17 08:34:22 Debussy postfix/postdrop[13481]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create
file maildrop/639339.13481: Permission denied
Mar 17 08:34:27 Debussy postfix/postdrop[13484]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create
file maildrop/484954.13484: Permission denied
Mar 17 08:34:27 Debussy postfix/postdrop[13498]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create
file maildrop/711839.13498: Permission denied
Mar 17 08:34:32 Debussy postfix/postdrop[13481]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create
file maildrop/639339.13481: Permission denied
Mar 17 08:34:37 Debussy postfix/postdrop[13498]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create
file maildrop/711839.13498: Permission denied

These messages repeated almost 1000 times in my syslog. It made paranoid.
Can anybody tell me what may go wrong with my Postfix? Thank you!

Daniel
