To make Opear default in KDE

KDEControlCentre>FileBrowsing>FileAssociations>text>html

Add opera to the list of Application Preferences, and move it to the top of 
the list



To get Opera working in Mandrake 8.2
Get Opera from Mandrake Club download page.
It is compiled for libpng3 and has no dependencies.
